Here are answers to the most common questions we receive.
1. Any suggestions for my resume?
Ans: Recruiters want their candidates to read the job description of the opportunity carefully. It is important that you design your resume in such a way that your skills and qualifications are clearly stated on the resume, that you believe are a match to the job description.
2. What happens to my resume when I submit it to your database?
Ans: Our recruiters review resumes on a daily basis. If there is a match, the recruiter sends the resume to the Hiring Manager. If the Hiring Manager presents an interest, the recruiter will contact you for a phone screening. If you clear the phone screening, you will be asked to attend a F2F interview.
